Staff Outing in the Country

2 weeks ago our bosses, Giant & Rita, took all the staff, teachers, T.A.'s & reception staff out for a relaxing Sunday lunch. This uniquely designed house-turn-restaurant was the setting for the event. Out in the country side of Taiwan, away from the noise and pollution. This restaurant is beautifully surrounded by trees, flowers and rice fields ready for their second and final harvest of the year. It was a good chance to get the know our staff more. All the teachers made it except our new teacher, Mercedes, who is from the Phillipines. (She had
previous plans.) But all of the full-time T.A.'s were able to make it.
