The Catholic Hostel

The Catholic Hostel is this large brick building. Also around the corner is the Church, and in the basement, is where we slept. The rooms in the basement were only $250NT each. Upstairs are bathrooms/showers shared by all the tourists. Warm showers are only offered between 6-10pm. I saw the hugest spider I have ever seen in my life while I was showering!
Checking into our hostel accomodations. Not exactly nice...but we survived.
After checking in, it was off to exploring the paths, sights, and all the many trails.
On one of the bridges at Taroko Gorge...which we have called Taroko Gorgeous, on our way to see the pagoda's, statues, and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
