Relaxing after the hike...in teh HOT Springs

Very relaxing after a long 18 kilometer hike.
Traditional Taiwanese roasted chicken.
We had to continually spin this whole chicken with a bamboo rod shoved through and spin it constantly for an hour...yes we took turns.
My turn....I had good technique!
Other Taiwanese families and myself in the background roasting whole chickens, while Mena and Jade BBQ lots of other great foods.
We had an awesome feast!
