Pictures from Sun Moon Lake - April 30

#1. Here's Michelle strolling along the boardwalk - this little path runs along the lakefront.











#2. We took a little hike and saw some pretty great scenery. The water was so green (in the fresh looking way)












#3. Here we are about to start out on our little hike. There's always a lot of stairs to climb in this country.











#4. This is a nice little spot overlooking the docks. There was a nice breeze off the lake and we sat here for a while and read books and fell asleep. This 4:30 wake-up call left us both feeling a little tired most of the morning.















#5. This is where we sat and ate our breakfast or guava and peanuts. We're always pretty please with the little snacks we pack with us.















#6. Here's a view from down at the docks. You could rent the little rowboats that you see in the pic.












#7. Here I am trying some traditional Chinese breakfast. It's a bread that looks sort of like a piece of foam. It was nice and warm though...but sort of tasteless.
