Showing our Visitors around Taiwan

Jody, Krista, Dana and Bruce all arrived safe and on time....but not there luggage. It all worked out in the end...but was a little stressful and unnerving until we actually saw the luggage in our hotel in Taipei the following night.

From the Taipei airport, the gang hopped on a bus and rode all the way to our city of Chunghua.

Then they caught a cab to our place, Michelle and I had just hopped on our scooters to go and see if we could meet them at the bus stop when the cab they were all in was coming down our street.

It was so great to see them all. We let them get a little adjusted before shocking them with the crowds at the morning markets.
Then in the afternoon our boss, Giant picked them up and took them to Lukang, a nearby historical town, and showed them around explaining the customs and culture of Taiwan past and present. They all had a great time. Then Giant brought them to our school so they could see us in action. Later that night they were pretty exhausted, we just took it easy and had a few of our friends come over to meet them and all hang out.
The next morning, Michelle went hiking with Jody & Krista. Jody drove my scooter by herself and did quite well. They brought us back "Dan bing ja bacon" Taiwanesse breakfast.
Dana got her hair and head massaged and styled at a local saloon. Then we all headed up to Bagua Mountain, did some sight-seeing, looked at the temples, Buddhas, pogadas, fish ponds, and barely caught the bus in time to head to Taiepi.
